frequently asked questions
Got questions mama?
We understand how daunting ordering online (especially with something so sacred) can feel, so below are the most commonly asked questions to put your mind at ease.
My supplier lives in the UK and is a mum herself. She makes the rings by hand, custom to order and then posts them to me. This process can take up to 4 weeks for me to receive them and then I will need a maximum of 2 weeks to work my magic on this end.
The turnaround time is usually 6-8 weeks, but can be shorter if I already have the piece stocked here. I keep some necklaces and popular rings stocked up but it depends on what size you are after.
All of our rings have a sizing chart located in the images of the product.
To know which ring size you are, you can either measure your finger circumference using a tape measure (if you have one that bends) or wrap a string around the finger you want to wear it on and measure the string flat.
I only need a really small amount, after all I am only filling a small necklace or ring. 10mLs is all I ask for as some of my clients aren’t breastfeeding anymore and have milk they have stored. I advise them to only send as much as required as once I have it, any left overs will be thrown out to avoid any mix ups with future clients. It’s better for you to keep the excess in case you find a new style of keepsake that you love and you are able to have some left to use.
You can purchase a breast milk travel tube with a return label (so you won't pay for postage to send me your milk) by clicking here.
Or you can send me your breastmilk yourself in a double zip locked bag (ensuring the air is squeezed out) in a padded envelope.
My postage details will be sent to you after purchase.
Not at all. Sending it frozen can help preserve it if you’re posting it to me, but as I’m only taking on clients in Australia at the moment this isn’t necessary. It will go through a heating process to ensure there’s no bacteria that can break it down once it’s in the ring. It also doesn’t have to be fit for consumption. If it has been frozen, and then thawed, and frozen again I can still use it. If it is more than 6 months old and has been kept in the freezer, I can use it.
If your piece is using formula follow the same steps as breast milk. You can post it to me in a double zip locked bag (ensuring the air is removed) in a padded envelope.
My postage details will be emailed to you after purchase.
No. I preserve your breast milk to a powder as part of the process so your breast milk remains completely dry as a powder therefore it won't go mouldy.
Not at the moment, however we may in the future! Currently we ship Australia wide only.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. it depends weather it has a bezel cup attached or something similar that I can fill, or I will need to have a mould that is the same shape so I can cast it and then glue it in. if you’re unsure, get in contact with me and we can chat and see what your best option is.
At the moment I just use breastmilk, but other things like hair, umbilical cord, ashes and even parts of pregnancy tests can be used in resin to create beautiful keepsakes. This is something I am definitely looking into and you are welcome to get in contact with me if this is something you’re after.
Yes, there is an option when you get to the payment screen to select local drop off if you're close to Wollongong. If you choose this delivery option we will send you an email after your order is placed to arrange pickup/drop off!
No. I go to extreme lengths to ensure everything is labeled with the client’s name and client number on each stage of the production.
I will only work with two clients’ pieces in the same day to ensure this can’t happen.
This is a huge energy exchange for me and I truly honour the whole process from start to finish.
I take the same care I would with my own piece, while creating yours.
Sterling silver is easy to buff up and polish with a silver polishing cloth. Try to keep out of the water, ocean and any cleaning chemicals to prolong your piece and stop the resin from discolouring. It can be taken to a jeweller for cleaning, but ensure you tell them it is filled with a resin and keepsake that shouldn’t be exposed to chemicals.
There may be slight imperfections on the rings and or necklaces as they are hand made to order. Not produced in a big factory.

Our favourite part, she arrives in your hands for you to wear in celebration of the incredible gift YOU are and the journey you've been on/are on as a mama.
